ID One Studio is a digital, instantly-delivered product — here's how cancellations and refunds work.
Because ID One Studio is a software license delivered instantly by email after payment, there is no order to "cancel" once payment is completed — your license key is generated and sent right away. Please review the pricing and product details before purchasing.
We generally don't offer refunds for change of mind after a license key has been successfully delivered and activated, or for issues caused by hardware or Windows configurations outside our stated requirements. If you're unsure whether ID One Studio fits your workflow, contact support before buying and we're happy to answer questions.
Email gajananoneofficial@gmail.com with your order email and, if you have it, your payment ID from Razorpay. Include a short description of the issue. We aim to respond within 1 business day.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Razorpay. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds typically appear within 5–7 business days after we initiate them.
If a refund is issued, your license key is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate ID One Studio.
