The terms that apply when you buy or use ID One Studio.
By purchasing or using ID One Studio, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't purchase or use the software. These terms apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy.
ID One Studio is licensed, not sold. Your one-time payment of ₹1,499 grants you a lifetime license to activate and use ID One Studio on one Windows PC, for as long as this version of the product is supported. You're paying for the right to use the software, not acquiring ownership of it.
Your license is for a single activation, on a single PC, at a time. If you need to move to a new PC, contact support to have the license released from your old machine — see our support page. You may not resell, sublicense, rent, or share your license key with others.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to bypass the license activation system, and not to use ID One Studio for any unlawful purpose, including generating fraudulent identification documents.
ID One Studio, its code, design, and branding are the property of Gajanan One. Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the license to use the software as described above.
Any roster data, photos, or templates you import into ID One Studio remain yours. As described in our Privacy Policy, this data stays on your own computer — we don't access, store, or claim any rights over it.
Your license includes free updates for this version of ID One Studio, and email support for activation and usage issues. We may release future versions or products separately; these terms don't guarantee free access to those.
ID One Studio is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Gajanan One is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the software, including data loss, printing errors, or business interruption. We recommend keeping your own backups of any roster data and templates.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ID One Studio after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
