ID One Studio is a downloadable software product — there's no physical shipping. Here's exactly how and when you'll receive it.
ID One Studio is delivered entirely electronically. Nothing is shipped to your address, and we don't collect a shipping address at checkout — only your name and email.
Immediately after your payment is confirmed, your license key is generated automatically and sent to the email address you provided at checkout. This usually happens within a few minutes of completing payment.
First, check your spam or promotions folder — automated emails sometimes land there. If it's genuinely missing after 30–60 minutes, contact support with the email address you paid with, and we'll resend it. See our support page for common activation questions.
Activating your license key requires an internet connection on the PC running ID One Studio at the time of first activation, and when moving your license to a new PC. Day-to-day use of ID One Studio (importing rosters, printing cards) does not require an internet connection.
